More that 1000 result of EDV Nepal first letter lost

I am tired of searching the result of EDV Result Nepal. According to DIVERSITY VISA LOTTERY 2010 (DV-2010) RESULTS Nepal is 2132 but according to GPO Nepal it is 1204 then where are the result of more than 1000 edv result winners lost.
